Upgrade Guide
From 01st November 2023, customers who have already purchased a Economy ticket (Flex, Classic) - Vietnam domestic routes; Premium Economy ticket (Flex and Classic), Economy ticket (Flex, Classic, Lite) - International routes and Vietnam Airlines staff tickets can easily upgrade by contacting the:

Ticket office/branch office of Vietnam Airlines at home and abroad

Vietnam Airlines travel agency in Vietnam*

Last minute ticket counters at domestic and international airports

Vietnam Airlines website or mobile application

Upgrading is easier than ever on the Vietnam Airlines website or mobile app:
|

|
|
Passengers access the Vietnam Airlines website, select Manage Booking, and retrieve the booking confirmation code (PNR).
|
|
|
|
|
On the Manage Booking page, the passenger selects Flight Upgrade.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 3:
Passenger chooses to upgrade to the desired class of service cabin
|
|
|
|
|
Passenger chooses a seat in the selected class of service cabin
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 5:
The system displays new flight information and the amount to be paid. Passenger checks the upgrade charge and pays according to the instructions of the system.

|
|
|
The system will display confirmation information and send an upgrade confirmation email with an e-ticket to the registered passenger's email address.
