• In case of additional costs apply, you can pay with a new payment card that is different from the original payment card.

• This function only applies at least one day before the departure date and for all customers in the same booking code. In case you need to change some of the customers in one booking code, please contact the Contact Center 1900 1100 or Vietnam Airlines branch offices for assistance here.

• This function does not apply in the following cases:

  • Multi-destination ticket.

  • Routes departing from South Korea, Taiwan, The United States and Canada. 

  • Ticket with railway segment(s).

  • Ticket paid by Pay Later or China Union Pay option.

  • Booking code with infant under 2 years old.

  • Changing right on or after the departure date shown on the ticket.

  • Ticket with segment(s) used.
