AUTOMATIC REFUND INSTRUCTIONS TO
ACCOUNT ON VIETNAM AIRLINES WEBSITE
With just 05 easy steps, passengers have now been fully proactive in submitting requests of auto-refund to bank account on Vietnam Airlines website!

Step 1
Go to Vietnam Airlines website, in the section of Manage booking, enter the Reservation code, Last Name, Email, then click “Search”.

|
Step 2
The system will display passenger's detail information and ticket number. Select "Add service"
|
|
Step 3
Select " Refund to bank account" under After-sales support.
|
|
|
|
Step 4
Select the guest information/ticket number that need refunded, and then click continue. (In the case of a passenger's reservation code with an infant or travel insurance, the auto-refund system only accepts refund to passengers who have the Reservation Code.)

Step 5
Check the refund information again. Select “accept” with terms and conditions”, then click Refund.
|
|
|
|
Step 6
The system displays a successfully-refund notification and sends a refund confirmation letter to the passengers , the content of the email notify the terms and timing of refund according to Vietnam Airlines' regulations.

Note:

Applicable to tickets purchased on the Vietnam Airlines website/app, except for those purchased with special payment methods : POS (Counter TCB, VCB, Airpay, Payoo), Konbini, Money and miles. You will receive a fare refund to your account at least 03 hours prior to departure.
