This menu is provided prior to your flight for selection. Vietnam Airlines does not print this special menu on paper to reduce waste and protect the environment.

Grilled lemongrass and chilli chicken, vegetable salad with lychee and peanut

Bun ca – Vietnamese noodles soup with fried fish and herb

or

Chicken congee with lotus seed and goji berries

Soy milk panna cotta with coconut milk, and Vietnamese signature young rice syrup from “Vong” Village

Sustainable Meal:

Vietnamese grilled lemongrass soy-based meat with avocado mousse and mango salsa

Vegetarian soybean lasagna with ratatouille

Soy milk panna cotta with coconut milk, and Vietnamese signature young rice syrup from “Vong” Village

Special Mid-flight snacks:

Vietnamese baguette with grilled soy-based meat, vegan pate, and pickles.
