| - After successfully purchasing the tickets, Vietnam Airlines will send a notification email about the free pick up service to your registered email.
|
| - Please register this service as guidance in the notification email within 72 hours to 48 hours prior to the departure, information required are:

| The service is confirmed once you receive the Free airport pick up confirmation email from Vietnam Airlines.
|
| - The pick up service is only provided for: (i) Transaction (Reservation code) made on Vietnam Airlines website, already registered the pickup service; and (ii) the passengers named in the transaction, have used the flights.
|
| - At Noi Bai / Da Nang / Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Vietnam Airlines’s service provider will pick you up at the arrival gate with welcome board. You are required to present the Free airport pick up confirmation email, Passport / ID card to use the service. The Welcome board sample is as below:

| - If you are not picked up at the arrival gate, please immediately contact Vietnam Airlines’ service provider via telephone number in Vietnam +84 936631705 for assistance.

| - After using the service, you are required to sign the Confirmation of service provided by Vietnam Airlines’s service provider.
|
| 4. Changes the service
|
| - Any changes after confirming the pick-up service, please send a change request to carservice@vietnamairlines.com at least 48 hours before departure. Based on the actual situation, Vietnam Airlines will check and confirm the change service.
|
| 5. Others terms and condition
|
| - You are not allowed to resell, transferring the service, or taking any activity which breaches any law.
|
| - The service will be cancelled if you refund, down grade the tickets or do not comply with any of the above conditions.
|
| If Vietnam Airlines, in its sole discretion, believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these restrictions, reserves its right to cancel your package without giving you a reason and/or without further reference to you.
|
