Vietnam Airlines Launches E-VAT INVOICE FOR TICKETS AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES PURCHASED ONLINE
With the goal of complying with Decrees and Circulars of the Government as well as to ensure the rights of customers, Vietnam Airlines will issue Value Added Tax (VAT) invoices in electronic format for tickets and additional services purchased on Vietnam Airlines’ website and application from November 1, 2020. Please be noted that the current e-receipt will no longer be considered as VAT invoices.
Within 72 hours after completing the purchase of airtickets and additional services, please declare the information in the system for the invoice issuance to proceed.

Note: Vietnam Airlines only issues invoices for registrations made within 72 hours after completing the purchase of airtickets and additional services. Any issues related to the invoice after that time will not be resolved.
