TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the VinID - Vietnam Airlines redemption program, we understand that you accepted and were subject to the following Terms and Conditions (can be changed from time to time)
I. Definitions:
10. VinID point: is point credited to VinID account which has value of VND 10 for each point.
11. Customer: is VinID cardholder as well ass Lotusmiles member who make transation from VinID point to Lotusmiles miles or reverse.
12. Eligible points: points are available to use after verifying successfully. The verification instruction will be sent to registered email.
II. General provisions
1. Regulations on converting VinID points to Lotusmiles miles:
1.1.Customers owing VinID card can convert VinID points in their accounts to Lotusmiles miles at the rate: 100 VinID point equal to 03 Lotusmiles miles.
1.2.The miles are bonus miles, only valid for award redemption and not used to upgrade membership tier.
1.3.The bonus miles mentioned above will be valid for the same period as the miles purchased directly from Lotusmiles program. Once credited successfully to your Lotusmiles account, the bonus miles are available to use according to Lotusmiles T&Cs.
1.4.The conversion rate from VinID Point to Lotusmiles miles can be changed from time to time and will be notified to you in the appropriate manner.
1.5.You can only redeem Lotusmiles from VinID point to your own Lotusmiles account. VNA will assure the benefits of using these bonus miles in accordance with the current regulation of Lotusmiles program. Lotumiles member will be defined by member number and member name.
1.6.Customers are allowed to make maximum 10 transactions per day.
1.7. Once VinID points are exchanged successfully to Lotusmiles miles, they will not refund, cancel or change.
2. Provisions on converting Lotusmiles miles to VinID points:
2.1.Lotusmiles Member can convert Lotusmiles miles to VinID Points with the following rate: 20 Miles = 100 VinID Point and the minimum is 5,000 miles. Maximum is 100,000 miles per year.
2.2.Miles are only allowed to transfer to VinID physical cards.
2.3.The VinID Points are credited to the Lotusmiles Member under this conversion have the validity in accordance with VinID regulation. Once credited successfully to VinID account, the above VinID Points will be available within 24 hours.
2.4.For virtual cards not identified, members are not allowed to use VinID points unless they send the identity papers (ID card/Passport) to email cskh@vinid.net to verify.
2.5.The conversion rate from VinID Point to Lotusmiles miles can be changed from time to time and will be notified to you in the appropriate manner.
2.6.The VinID points mentioned above are not used to upgrade membership tier.
2.7.Lotusmiles Platinum (P) and Gold (G) members can redeem to VinID points for them. Lotusmiles Titanium (T), Silver (S) and Register (R) members can only redeem to VinID points for them. After completing the change of VinID points, VinID cardholders are entitled to use the accumulated points according to VinID's policies. VinID cardholder will be defined by cardholder’s name and VinID card number.
2.8. Once Lotusmiles miles are exchanged successfully to VinID points, they will not refund, cancel or change.
3. Regulations on Complaints:
a) Claim missing VinID points:
- If you have any queries, claims about VinID points, please contact VinID call center.
- Vingroup only accepts to solve any claims regarding missing VinID points within 6 months from the date of transaction between Lotusmiles miles and VinID points.
b) Claim missing Lotusmiles miles:
- If you have any queries, claims about Lotusmiles miles, please contact Lotusmiles call center.
- Lotusmiles only accepts to solve any claims regarding missing Lotusmiles miles within 6 months from the date of transaction between VinID points and Lotusmiles miles.
