How to use Vietnam Airlines promotion code

Vietnam Airlines promotion codes (also known as promo codes, discount codes) are series of letters and numbers that can be applied at flight-search step to take advantage of a special ticket offer.

When receiving our promotion code, passengers can use it by entering the code in Promotion box on the Book function on Vietnam Airlines' website/mobile application.

Terms and conditions for promotion code

Before using  promotion code, please check the following requirements:

  • Ticketing period: From Feb 23rd, 2023 to November 30th, 2023
  • Travel period: From Feb 23rd, 2023 to December 27th, 2023
  • Promotion codes apply to all Vietnam domestic routes excluding flights from/to Con Dao.
  • Promotion codes do not apply to tickets with traveling dates in peak periods including from Apr 28th, 2023 to May 03rd, 2023; May 25th, 2023 to Aug 6th, 2023 and Aug 31st, 2023 to Sep 05th, 2023.
  • The promotion codes only apply to one-way or round-trip itineraries, but do not apply to multi-stop flights.
  • The letters of the promotion code must be capitalized.
  • The discount applies to Economy Classic and Economy Lite on flights directly operated by Vietnam Airlines.
  • The discount applies only to the fare, not to the taxes and fees.
  • In case passengers change their booking/itinerary or refund, the full price before discount will be applied including used segments.
  • Promotion codes of our survey program are not applicable at the same time with promotion codes of other programs.
