Vietnam Airlines offers a unique culinary experience with the pre-order LotusDeli meal service, which includes bubble tea and mooncakes. With a diverse menu featuring a variety of distinctive flavors, passengers can easily choose their favorite drinks or boxes of mooncakes that capture the essence of the Vietnamese Mid-Autumn Festival.

Please note that LotusDeli products are available on flights operated by Vietnam Airlines departing from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. However, these products may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. To ensure a smooth journey, please check the entry policies of your destination country.


How to purchase LotusDeli meals

Our paid meal service is provided at least 12 hours before departure time with the following methods:

  • During the process of online ticket purchase on the Vietnam Airlines website, passengers choose LotusDeli meals at the "Buy additional services" step;
  • After booking tickets, passengers can log in to "Manage booking" - "Buy additional services" - "LotusDeli meals";
  • During the online check-in process, passengers check in on the web and choose to pre-purchase LotusDeli meals on the additional services page.

Mooncake products will only be available for purchase from August 24th to September 14th, 2024 (corresponding to the 21st of the 7th Lunar month to the 12th of the 8th Lunar month) on domestic flights.


LotusDeli meal change

Passengers can change the LotusDeli meal to another meal of equal or higher value than the paid meal.

Please contact our Customer Service Center (onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com) to request changes and should be aware of the following minimum meal change times:

  • 24 hours before the new flight's departure time, if the new flight's departure time is sooner than the previous flight's;
  • 24 hours before the previous flight's departure time, if the new flight's departure time is later than the old flight's.

Refunds

Passengers can request refunds in case:

  • Vietnam Airlines changes the flight time by more than 4 hours compared to the original scheduled time.
  • Passengers who ordered meals but were not served on the flight due to the fault of Vietnam Airlines.
