Your continued use of our Website and Mobile Applications after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

The information on the Website and Mobile Applications have been prepared specifically for the purpose of providing information about Vietnam Airlines, its frequent flyer program Lotusmiles, its services, and the services of hotels, car rentals and travel services of other providers (hereafter referred to as "providers").

The Website and Mobile Applications contain hyperlinks to other sites or resources. Use of these hyperlinks is at your own risk. The contents, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided on those sites are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by Vietnam Airlines. Vietnam Airlines disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, contents, security and availability or omission of information found on these sites.

IV. Links from Third-Party Sites

No user or third-party Internet site is permitted to "frame" or embed in frames any material from our Website and Mobile Applications or use any other technique that alters the visual presentation or appearance of our Website and Mobile Applications to users.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIETNAM AIRLINES AND OTHER PROVIDERS ALSO DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED AND ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS. 

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS YOU AGREE THAT VIETNAM AIRLINES, OTHER PROVIDERS, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM OR DAMAGE OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH: (1) THE USE OF THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS; (2) YOUR ACCESS OF OTHER MATERIAL ON THE INTERNET VIA LINKS FROM OUR WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS; (3) REGISTRATION IN, RECEIVING E-MAIL MESSAGES FROM, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE VIETNAM AIRLINES FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM; (4) THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF VIETNAM AIRLINES OR A PROVIDER, EVEN IF VIETNAM AIRLINES OR A PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES AND (5) OTHER LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED IN THIS DOCUMENT APPLY TO BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS . 

VI. Intellectual Property

Vietnam Airlines and other providers own and have copyright interests in our Website and Mobile Applications and all of its contents. Copying and quoting any part of this material must not cause any loss to Vietnam Airlines and  are subject to the following conditions: (1) the material may be used only for personal, non-commercial use; (2) the copies or derivative works must retain any copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material; and (3) the products, technology or processes used or described on our Website and Mobile Applications may be the subject of other intellectual property rights reserved by Vietnam Airlines or others, and no license is granted in respect of those intellectual property rights. 

Material provided on our Website and Mobile Applications may not be reproduced, displayed, published, distributed, disseminated, broadcast or circulated to any third party by any means, including the use of a third-party website and mobile applications, without the prior written consent of Vietnam Airlines. 

Images, trademarks, service marks, and brands displayed on our Website and Mobile Applications are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property law, and your use of the Website and Mobile Applications does not grant you any license or right to use, reproduce, or appropriate them.

VII. Modifications

Vietnam Airlines reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, or terminate our Website and Mobile Applications at any time.

VIII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law to these Conditions of Use shall be the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
