Passengers can purchase insurance in one of the following ways:

• In the process of booking online via Vietnam Airlines website and mobile app, passengers can choose to buy insurance;

• After ticket issuance, passengers can purchase travel insurance at the section of “Manage Booking” - “Buy ancillaries” - “TripCARE travel insurance”.
