Instructions for Resetting Lotusmiles Password on Vietnam Airlines App

Lotusmiles members can reset their account password through Vietnam Airlines app (mobile application) by following the steps below.

Please note that to set a new password, an email will be sent to the address that you used when registering your account. If you are unable to access the registered email address, please contact Lotusmiles Contact Center for assistance.

Step 1: Open Vietnam Airlines app, select "Login" and "Forgot password"; or select "Lotusmiles" from the bottom toolbar and click on "Forgot password."

Step 2:

In the "Forgot password" window, enter your membership card number, date of birth, and the email address used for registration then select "OK"

If you have forgotten your membership card number, please contact Lotusmiles Contact Center using one of the following methods:

• 24/7 Hotline: 1900 1800 (calls within Vietnam) and (+84-24) 3832 0320 (calls from overseas);
• Send a request to retrieve your membership card number via the email registered with your Lotusmiles account to vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Million Miler, Platinum, Gold members); or lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Titan, Silver, and registered members). 

After entering all the required information, an OTP code will be sent to the phone number associated with your Lotusmiles account. Enter the OTP code in the verification section and select "Confirm OTP." If you haven't received the OTP code, select "Resend code"

Step 3: After entering the OTP code, a link to create a new password will be sent to your email address. Click on the link and start creating a new password.

Step 4: In the "Create Password" window, create a new password following the guidelines and select "Submit" to complete the password reset process for your account.
