Vietnam Airlines sets the highest standard for handling of potentially hazardous materials and restricted items. Such items, physical or chemical, include those that can pose a significant risk to health, safety, property or the environment, especially when transported by air. That’s why we ensure that all Vietnam Airlines staff involved in the handling of these restricted items are trained and have obtained a valid clearance and certification in these situations. We also make sure to provide designated storage areas for these kinds of items.
