Parents/guardians of children aged 2 to under 16 years old can register them for Lotusmiles membership by following the steps below:

• Access the Lotusmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines website or app;
• Select "My Family" - "Enroll a Child";
• Fill out the form with the required information.
