From October 27, 2024, Vietnam Airlines and Czech Airlines (OK) will terminate the frequent flyer program cooperation. Therefore, Lotusmiles members will not be entitled to enjoy mileage accumulation benefits on Czech Airlines flights from October 27, 2024.
Members can still request to accumulate miles for flights taken before October 27, 2024 on Czech Airlines within 12 months from the flight date by sending an email to Lotusmiles. The mileage accumulation coefficient is as follows:
