Who Can Redeem Award Tickets On SkyTeam & Partner Airlines?

• Lotusmiles members can redeem award tickets on SkyTeam and Vietnam Airlines' partner airlines for themselves.
• Biological parents/adoptive parents/legal guardians (family account owners) will get awards for accounts of under-16-year-old children.
• Million Milers, Platinum, Gold and Titanium members can redeem award tickets for people in the Redemption Nominee List.

Applicable Itineraries

Members can redeem miles on airline partner flights.

Redemption itineraries are the ones on SkyTeam airlines and other airlines that partner with Vietnam Airlines. For more details, please refer to Mile Redemption Table for Award Tickets, Booking Class of Award Tickets, and some non-redemption periods on Korean Air.

Validity of Award Tickets

Award tickets on flights operated by other airlines are valid within 12 months from the date of ticket issuance.
