With the "Voluntary ticket change" feature, passengers can proactively exchange tickets in the "Manage Booking" - "Post-sales help" - "Change flights" section on the website or "Manage Booking" - "Ancillary services" - "Automatic ticket change" on Vietnam Airlines app.
In some cases, passengers may not be able to change tickets by themselves, please send a ticket change request to Vietnam Airlines or contact our Customer Care center at 19001100 (calls in Vietnam) and (+84 24) 38320320 (calls from foreign countries).

After a successful ticket exchange, Vietnam Airlines will send a ticket exchange confirmation and an electronic receipt to the email address registered when purchasing the ticket. If passengers do not receive a confirmation email from Vietnam Airlines within one hour of the successful exchange, please contact our Contact Center for online tickets at 1900110 (for calls within Vietnam) or +84 24 38320320 (for calls from outside Vietnam), email onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com or our sales offices for assistance.
To change the ticket purchased at Vietnam Airlines' ticket office/agent, you can use the following options: - Contact Vietnam Airlines Contact Center at 19001100, or - Contact the ticket seller for assistance.
The change of booking and itinerary is applied according to the fare rules. To change your booking and itinerary for tickets purchased on the Vietnam Airlines’ website or mobile app, you can use the following options:
1. With regards to tickets issued before April 18, 2024:
- Send a Ticket Exchange Request to the online ticket help desk;
- Contact the online ticket help desk at the email address onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com;
- Contact Vietnam Airlines’ sales offices;
2. For tickets issued from April 18, 2024:
- Actively exchange tickets under "Manage Booking" - "Post-sales help" - "Exchange flights" on the Vietnam Airlines website/app;
- Contact Vietnam Airlines’ sales offices.

- Exchange requests must be sent from the email address that you registered for booking and purchase.
- If your ticket has been checked in, please Cancel the check-in at “Manage Booking” - “Post-Sales help” - “Cancel check-in” on the Vietnam Airlines website.
